Order Processing Time

• In-stock items are dispatched within 2 days
• Items that are not in stock are handmade specifically for your order. Production takes up to 10 working days.
• Important: Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received

Delivery Time

• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier
• In most cases, delivery takes around 5 business days after dispatch

• Shipping costs depend on the volume of your order
• During checkout, you can select the best carrier and shipping option, giving you flexibility in cost and delivery time

Duties and Taxes

• EU Orders: Shipping is within the European Union. No customs duties apply, as orders are shipped from Lithuania. VAT is handled according to EU regulations.
• US Orders: Shipping is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All duties and taxes are included in your order.
• Other Countries: Shipping is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that taxes, duties, or import fees may be applied by your country when the package arrives.
