• Items that are not in stock are handmade specifically for your order. Manufacturing typically takes 10 working days.
• If in stock, items are dispatched within 2 days.
• Important: Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received.

Delivery Times

• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
• In most cases, delivery takes around 5 business days after dispatch.

Pricing

• Shipping costs depend on the volume of your order.
• The B2B portal allows you to select the best carrier and shipping option once your order is created, giving you flexibility on cost and timing.

International Orders

• Non-EU Orders: Shipping is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that taxes, duties, or import fees may be applied by your country when the package arrives.
• US Orders: Shipping is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All duties and taxes are included in your order.
